About the event

Art and Om© - The Art of Awareness, Insight and Empathy is an amusing, simple daily action-guidebook for a dynamic and positive shift in your mental and physical wellbeing.

Some of these activities may frivolous or simple however, there is scientific evidence and backing of the positive effects of these actions: (please see the back of this booklet for more information)

  • Builds neuro-plasticity, ‘rewires’ the brain by creating synaptic connections enhancing your capacity to cope with new situations and open the possibility of positive habit formation.
  • Cathartic - focusing and calming to increases emotional regulation and reduce stress or anxiety.
  • Inspires diverse thinking, enhances problem solving, encourages emotional intelligence an  increases empathy for yourself and others.
  • Introduces the ‘Law of Attraction’ - positively impressing the subconscious mind.
  • Heightens your levels of awareness, increases insight and raises your vibration - benefiting the collective consciousness.

So get doing, creating, imagining and begin feeling what it’s like to be the best You!

Art and Om© - The Art of Awareness, Insight and Empathy

The pages in this daily action guidebook have been intentionally left with blank open space so there is plenty of room to doodle, draw or journal.

You may wish to prepare a few writing and drawing materials… pens, crayons, charcoals, pastels, watercolour paints, or other art supplies and additional paper if you feel inspired.

Draw or write the first thing that pops into your head when you read the daily action task. Don’t over think it, just jot down your honest reaction. You may be happy or think the action is fun, or you may feel impartial or annoyed. That is Ok, just be truthful and congruent with yourself. Allow yourself space for your own emotional process.

You may wish to sit and meditate or reflect and write about the task after you have completed it - journal or draw a visual representation of what the action looked or felt like.

You may also wish to jump around and not complete the tasks as they are numbers in the book and that is fine, you can go back at anytime, but do try to complete every action in the booklet.

There is documented scientific evidence* that you can change your brain’s chemistry - neuro-plasticity by doing new and different tasks; a shift can occur as soon as 21 days.

Engaging in imagination, creativity and learning new habits with patience, as a new paradigm, is full of hope and optimism - the future is full of opportunity.

Enjoy the discoveries, awareness and insight you will gain. Feel refreshed, restored, renewed.

And most importantly, have fun with it and get doing!

With Gratitude,

Eden
