Hello my lovely friends old and new. 

I’m sure most of you know I work with Danni Armstrong and Ferne McCann.

I am a member of their wellness hub team. As seen on tv.  I am hosting an amazing free event on the evening of the 18th November that I would love if you could join me for.  As well as a pop up your wellness hub Sidcup we will also have a free Hatha yoga class run by the amazing Kerry Cahoon, 

The Art and Om workshop - a free mindfulness and creative flow workshop with the exceptional Eden Orfanos Shoro, 

free wellness and body evaluations by myself plus free nutritional advice and free samples from our nutrition plans.  So if your interested in giving some love to your mind, body or soul then why not pop on down,
