Join Us for a fun day of expression and discovery. Art and Om is an integrated practice of creativity , imagination and movement using visual art, expressive art and the energy arts. Our in person embodied workshop will be held at the lovely Mycenae house in Greenwich, (Blackheath) SE3 7SE.
Please wear what you are comfortable in which allows for freedom of movement and the opportunity to make a bit of mess if you wish (with art materials). Please bring your own exercise / yoga mat if you have one. This is an invitation only event, but please let us know if you would like to invite a personal friend / family member.
The cost of the workshop is £50.
