Art and Om is an innovative intervention merging the methodologies of Embodied Art Psychotherapy, Trauma Informed Expressive Arts and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. This experiential and psycho-educational experience combines the benefits of integrative expressive art therapies (drama, movement and visual art) and Yogic practice.
